On-site or Remote

On-site service is the cornerstone of our support services. Being with the customer allows us the opportunity to learn about their everyday IT and business issues so we can recommend "best" solutions. We prefer to develop a long term relationship with our clients rather than an "install and run" service. On-site service can be provided off business hours as well as during business.

Remote support complements our on-site service by providing immediate helpdesk support for many issues that need quick attention or need to be resolved after hours. Using remote support technology we link your computer to ours virtually to repair your computer while you watch.

Network Design and Installation

A wired or wireless network connects your company's computers and allows them to share resources such as files and printers. Your network may also connect you with the internet. If your office has multiple computers, you can gain tremendous benefit by networking them. We can design and construct a suitable network for you.

Hardware and Software Installation

We install and upgrade most vendors equipment such as: desktops, servers, routers, firewalls, hard drives, network interface cards, printers, scanners, monitors, and much more.

If you need to upgrade to the latest operating system or if you want a fresh installation of your current operating system, we have experience performing many system upgrades. We install and upgrade software such as: Windows, all versions including XP and Vista; Window Server products including Small Business Server; Microsoft Office, Open Office QuickBooks and Peachtree.

Relocation

Whether you're moving a business to a new company address or rearranging cubicles. We have experience dismantling and re-installing networks and data centers, having all services back online within deadline. Written estimates for relocation projects can be provided.
